Boiling water can’t be that hard… can it? I have honestly encountered people who have difficulty performing the most menial tasks when it comes to cooking, cleaning or attaining the basic necessities of life. You know when someone has been mothered, when past the age of 22 they still do not know how to wash their own clothing, let alone make a meal. I am sure that in desperate situations, these people would adapt and survive on Mr.Noodles and shrunken clothing. But shouldn’t it get to a point before this where you would think about learning on your own? Don’t get me wrong, I could probably have let my mother continue to make dinner every night and do my laundry, but I knew the day would come when I was out on my own and completely clueless. Plus, its always nice to be able to make food for that special someone.
I refuse to be confused by something with a dial.
